  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix Chicken: In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  • Prep Veggies: Combine lettuce, celery, and carrots in a separate bowl.
  • Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Divide the chicken mixture among them, then top with veggies and optional blue cheese. Drizzle extra ranch over filling.
  • Wrap Tightly: Fold sides of tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  • Optional Crisp: Heat a skillet over medium. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Serve: Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve warm.
