  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dill pickles sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Special Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  • Make Sauce: Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Assemble Bowls: Divide lettuce among 4 bowls. Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, onion, pickles, and cheese.
  • Serve: Drizzle generously with special sauce.
