Ingredients
  

  • ¼ lb salami
  • ¼ lb pepperoni
  • ¼ lb ham
  • ¼ lb provolone cheese
  • ¼ lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup banana peppers
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions
 

  • Chop salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine meats, cheeses, tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, banana peppers, olives, and pepperoncini in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk Italian dressing, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Let the mixture marinate for 5–10 minutes.
  • Slice hoagie rolls and stuff with the chopped salad.
  • Serve immediately or wrap for meal prep.
