- ¼ lb provolone cheese
- ¼ lb mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- ½ cup banana peppers
- ¼ cup black olives sliced
- ¼ cup pepperoncini
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
Chop salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
