Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F-400°F).
  • Make Cowboy Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
  • Season & Grill Wings: Toss wings with salt and pepper. Grill for 25–30 minutes, flipping occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
  • Coat & Serve: Toss grilled wings in the cowboy butter sauce. Garnish with extra parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne or red pepper flakes for milder heat.
  • Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or extra cowboy butter for dipping.
