Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs 900g chicken wings (split, tips removed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley optional garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat wings dry, then toss with olive oil in a bowl.
  • Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle seasoning over wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness: Broil wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Air fryer option: Cook at 380°F (195°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
